Students were asked to imagine what life forms lived in the creek that ran alongside their school. This student is pointing to one of the imaginative creatures that he helped create using recycled traffic signs. Students of all ages contributed to the creation of each art piece. Several elementary students were involved in the designing and painting of each piece, while local high school students did the cutting and welding .
