A city wide announcement was made inviting people to participate in the creation of this artwork. This photo details participants adding colorful sections of recycled cloth and yarn to the angel. These materials were affixed to the surface of the angel using industrial strength double stick adhesive.
The angel itself was made from a casting of heavy Styrofoam and polyurethane plastic created by artist Donn Smith.
