Community radio WFHB is located in an old fire station, and their mascot is the firehouse dog Spot. This collaborative sculpture was created to give the radio station a visual presence in the community, especially at events such as the one detailed in this photo. A speaker was installed inside the Dalmatian’s mouth to broadcast the music/programming from the station.
