This sculpture, one of four, pays homage to the fish located on top of the nearby courthouse weather vane. This detail illustrates a dimensional view of a weather vane sculpture. The objects on the kinetic weather vane symbolize the importance of a recently established arts district in the community. All works were created by Stone Belt artists.
